Hi, I’m Kevin — author & ads guy.

Your book is a business. Let’s market it like one.

You didn’t pour years into your writing to treat it like a hobby. I’ve managed $48M in paid media since 2011, $12M in book marketing — and I publish my own fiction — so every campaign I build runs on the numbers that actually pay authors: read-through, cost per new reader, profit after ad spend. Not impressions. Not likes. Sales.

Taking on a limited number of new author clients this quarter.

Dear fellow author,

I didn’t set out to run a book-marketing shop. I set out to sell my own books — and discovered that everything I’d learned managing seven-figure ad budgets since 2011 worked beautifully on novels, once I stopped treating them like widgets.

A novel isn’t a widget. A series is a long game. The goal was never the click — it’s the reader who finishes book one at 2am and buys book two at full price. That’s the math I build every campaign around: read-through, also-boughts, launch stacking, list growth you actually own.

Writer friends started asking how I did it. Then their friends. Eventually it became this — a small practice where every campaign is run by me, not handed to a junior account manager you’ll never meet.

If your book is a real business — or you want it to be — I’d love to take a look.

— Kevin

P.S. — If I don’t think ads are your best next dollar, I’ll tell you that on our first call and point you at what is. It’s a small industry; honesty compounds.

What I do

Four levers, pulled in the right order.

Fiction and non-fiction don’t sell the same way, so I don’t pretend they do. We figure out which levers move your numbers — and skip the rest until it’s time.

No. 1

Amazon Ads Plus

Fiction sells on Amazon; non-fiction and expert-led books convert on Google. I run whichever storefront your readers actually buy in — built on your also-boughts, keywords, and read-through. US-only or multi-market (US + UK and beyond).

where the buying happens
No. 2

Meta Ads

Facebook & Instagram campaigns for launches, series funnels, and list growth — creative and audiences tuned to readers who actually convert, not vanity reach.

where the readers scroll
No. 3

Funnels, Reader Magnets & Newsletters

Reader-magnet lists, welcome sequences, full funnel builds — the backbone that makes a series or a non-fiction platform pay back on the next sale. Own your audience instead of renting it.

where the long game lives
No. 4

Promos & Launches

Price-promo stacking, BookBub & genre-newsletter placements, A+ listing content, and a launch calendar that lines it all up so a release hits the charts instead of trickling.

where momentum is made
Packages & pricing

Flat fees, in writing, right here.

Almost nobody in this industry publishes prices — everything’s gated behind a “free strategy call.” I think you deserve to see the numbers first. Ad spend is billed directly by Amazon/Meta and stays 100% yours.

Prices are starting points for a standard single-portfolio engagement and may adjust for catalog size or number of markets. Ad spend is separate and billed directly by the platform. A recommended minimum ad budget of ~$15–20/day per portfolio applies to management plans so there’s enough data to optimize. Monthly plans are month-to-month with 14 days’ notice.

Questions

The things authors usually ask.

…and if yours isn’t here, just email me. I answer my own inbox.

What kind of budget makes this worth it?

These are premium, done-for-you engagements, so they pay off best when your book is a real business — a series, a launch, or a non-fiction title with a funnel behind it. Ad spend is separate and always yours, and the flat fee means you never pay a percentage that punishes you for scaling.

What genres do you work with?

Fiction across the commercial genres — romance, thriller/mystery, fantasy/SF, and cozy — plus non-fiction with a clear reader. If your book has a defined audience, ads can find them.

Wide or KU — does it matter?

It changes the strategy, not whether ads work. We’ll build around your distribution choice and your read-through, not a one-size template.

How fast will I see results?

Amazon ads typically need 2–4 weeks of data to optimize toward profit. Launches are faster and more concentrated. I’ll set honest expectations on our call — and I’d rather under-promise than churn you.

Am I locked into a contract?

No long contracts. Monthly plans are month-to-month with 14 days’ notice. Launch Sprints are a fixed one-time project.
